DUO is a dialogue between two generations, a project conceived and crafted by Raoul in collaboration with his daughter, Sofia. Winner of a European design grant, the work explores a "New Neoclassic" language, where the memory of the past engages with the freedom of contemporary vision.

The starting point is the Renaissance-style furniture that once represented the pinnacle of craftsmanship and cultural prestige. Today, often forgotten or dismissed by the markets, these pieces carry an immense manual legacy that risks disappearing. DUO embraces the challenge of restoring their dignity: by reclaiming these historical foundations, new geometric structures have been manually grafted to rewrite their function.

A period table and armchair are thus reborn as architectural supports for the world of books, transforming into sanctuaries for reading and contemplation.
